Defending employers in wrongful termination and employment discrimination litigation;

Representing individuals in various employment-related issues including wrongful termination, wage and hour, harassment and discrimination claims;

Negotiating offers of employment and departure agreements for executives;

Litigating in federal and state court and before various administrative agencies;

Mr. Boltuch, the founder of The Law Offices of Burton F. Boltuch, specializes in employment and business counseling and litigation. He is an expert both in employment discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour, and traditional labor and employment matters (including NLRB proceedings, labor arbitrations and dispute resolution, and collective bargaining). He has practiced in the field since 1976 and has extensive litigation experience encompassing employment discrimination, wage and hour, wrongful termination, union-management and other employment-related matters. He regularly advises, counsels and litigates on behalf of employers in these areas. He serves as a neutral mediator to help parties resolve employment-related disputes and is a regular volunteer panelist in the Alternative Dispute Resolution Program of the Bar Association of San Francisco.
