Defending employers in wrongful termination and employment
discrimination litigation;
Representing individuals in various employment-related issues
including wrongful termination, wage and hour, harassment and
discrimination claims;
Negotiating offers of employment and departure agreements for
executives;
Litigating in federal
and state court and before various administrative agencies;
Training on employment matters including dealing with the unionized
workforce, effective hiring and disciplining of employees, resolving
harassment and discrimination disputes, and managing disability
leaves of absence including workers’ compensation absences, and
